Taking Elm Grove’s Eagles to New Heights—One Dad at a Time

Eagle Squadron Dads is our new PTA initiative that invites fathers, step‑dads, grandfathers, and father‑figures to spend a full school day on campus, cheering on every learner and modeling leadership in action.

Why Enlist?

  • Boost Student Confidence – A dad’s presence inspires kids to try harder, laugh louder, and feel safer.

  • Model Leadership – Show every Eagle how grown‑ups listen, encourage, and solve problems.

  • Build Family Memories – Lunch in the cafeteria > lunch at your desk.

  • Strengthen School Safety – Extra caring adults keep eyes on hallways and hearts on students.

Frequently Asked (Flight) Questions

Do I have to stay the entire school day?
Yes—plan on roughly 7:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m. That gives you time to hit every part of the schedule.

Can I volunteer more than once?
Absolutely! Fly as often as you like; just repeat the sign‑up process.

I’m not a sports guy—what if recess makes me nervous?
No worries. Your presence matters more than your jump‑shot. Pass out encouragement, help mediate playground rules, or simply cheer from the sidelines.

What if my job schedule is unpredictable?
Choose a date now; we can reschedule if life throws turbulence your way.
