Community level sponsorship is to assist organizations get their information out to parent for their programs and afterschool activities. If you want assistance getting your flyer given more directly to the parents you need to first get it approved by the district by submitting your flyer to them for approval. You can do this by going to https://www.hayscisd.net/page/flyer-approval
Once approved you will get information on how to get that flyer to Elm Grove with the approval. At Elm Grove all approved flyers go onto a share drive on google and the file link is available to parents as a link. If you send that flyer and approval notice also to fundraising@egepta.org and have done the community level sponsorship and we will also have flyers available at our events and can text and email more direct access to your flyer in communication with school families.
If you want your lawn sign in the car pick up line you with or without flyer approval from the district you may pay this fee for three weeks of the sign(s) being in the car pick up lines. You must provide this sign and bring it to the school office with a note for the PTA. If you do not pay this fee your sign will be removed. You may pay the fee for additional weeks and you may select what school weeks that you want the sign to be posted.
